Here at Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas (VOACC), we understand the multi-faceted nature of substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. Since 1994, we have used our evidence-based treatment and recovery methods to effectively address the myriad of individual, environmental, and social factors that contribute to this disease.
