Tianna H. Gregory

Tianna H. Gregory, LCSW, LCAS, PMH-C, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist with over 14 years of experience in the human services field. Her career has been rooted in supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges, with a strong emphasis on residential treatment and recovery-focused care.

In addition to her extensive work in residential settings, Tianna has provided clinical services in hospital and crisis response programs, as well as within higher education, where she specialized in prevention, early intervention, and student wellness. This broad range of experience has equipped her with a comprehensive perspective on treatment needs across diverse populations and systems of care.

She also has a proven track record of leadership in nonprofit program development and management, guiding community-based initiatives that expand access to care and improve outcomes for vulnerable populations. Tianna specializes in implementing evidence-based treatment models, integrating perinatal and maternal mental health supports, and empowering individuals to sustain recovery and build healthier futures.

Above all her professional credentials and accomplishments, Tianna is a proud wife and mother to three beautiful daughters, who continually inspire her work and passion for maternal mental health. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending intentional quality time with her family. She is also the founder and host of the Breathe Black Mom podcast, a platform created for Black mothers to relax, relate, and release through education, storytelling, and awareness about the issues that impact their mental and emotional well-being.
