Program Description
The Residential Re-Entry Center (RRC) assist returning citizens in making successful transitions back into their communities. The program provides services to adult men and women referred by the Federal Bureau of Prisons and U.S. Pretrial Services for reentry services. The program reduces the chances of recidivism by providing case management, employment readiness, substance abuse education, cognitive behavioral programs and coordinating services for mental health, substance abuse and sex offender treatment.

Facility Description
The Residential Reentry Center has a 148 bed facilty with 5-10 bed dorm rooms. There are 128 beds for men and 20 beds for women.The facility is equipped with offices, classrooms, a computer lab, lounges with TV/DVD, dining hall, indoor basketball court, fitness rooms, a visitation and a conference room.

Persons Served
The Residential Reentry Center provide services to adult men and women, and only accepts referrals from the Federal Bureau of Prisons and U.S. Pretrial Services.

Services Provided
The following services are provided and offered:

  • Comprehensive Case Management
  • Substance Abuse Education
  • Employment Readiness and Job Search assistance
  • Education/Vocational Training assistance and placement
  • Cognitive Behavioral Programs and Interventions
  • Community services referrals for medical, housing, substance abuse, mental health and sex offender treatment.

Staffing Pattern
The program staff consists of a Senior Program Directors, two (2) Assistant Program Directors, Quality Assurance Manager, Operations Specialist, Administrative Assistant, Intake Coordinator, two (2) Social Service Coordinators and six (6) case management staff and 24 hours Security Support staff.

For over 30 years, the Residential Reentry Center (formerly Comprehensive Sanction Center) has been opened, and has provided reentry services as a contractor for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
