Brandi Goss-Burchett, MBA, LPC, LCMHC

Vice President of DC

As the Vice President of DC for Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas, Brandi Goss-Burchett is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and clinical responsibility for all programs in the District of Columbia for behavioral health and medical respite services.

As part of the executive leadership team, Goss-Burchett focuses on program leadership and management, financial management, external relationships, and knowledge management for the territory of the District of Columbia. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor and holds the credentials of a Certified Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, Approved Counseling Supervisor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Master Addiction Counselor.

Goss-Burchett previously served as Mat-Su Senior Services’ Chief Executive Officer(CEO). She has held multiple senior leadership positions for nonprofit organizations in the healthcare and behavioral healthcare industries. These experiences include a Federally Qualified Health Center accredited by The Joint Commission and roles such as Chief Clinical Officer, Vice President of Behavioral, Health, and Chief Operations Officer.

Goss- Burchett is a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, with a Bachelor of Science in communications, a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Webster University, and holds a master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Mount Olive in Mount Olive, NC with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She also enjoys singing, acting, teaching, and continuous development in providing servant leadership.
