Executive Director of Organizational Excellence

Geneva Riley Tiggle serves as the Executive Director of Organizational Excellence for Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas and is tasked with creating strategic development opportunities for leadership to positively impact the organization’s service outcomes and quality measures.

Tiggle has breadth of clinical and administrative experience in behavioral health services for over 25 years, and is a field adjunct instructor in Clinical Social Work. She joined the executive leadership team of the Chesapeake & Carolinas affiliate in 2021. Geneva loves serving all regions of the organization’s and is proud to lead the its implementation of trauma-informed care.

Tiggle is a graduate of NYU’s Silver School of Social Work with a post graduate certificate in clinical supervision and leadership.
