Christine Langford-Dixon 

Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, Executive Vice President & CFO, and Board of Directors

Christine Langford-Dixon serves as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, Executive Vice President & CFO, and Board of Directors at Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas (VOACC). In this role, she provides high-level executive support, board management, and governance leadership, while also contributing to the Ministry Team to advance the organization’s mission of service.

Christine brings more than 25 years of experience in small business management and operations, including founding and managing a boutique residential real estate firm serving clients across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Through these ventures, she has developed a broad skill set in operations, sales and marketing, strategic planning, financial oversight, client service, and technology integration. She is also trained in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and business analysis—skills that enhance her ability to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support organizational transformation.

An early adopter and beta tester of emerging technologies, Christine has consistently leveraged digital tools to strengthen business intelligence and process improvement. Her passion for combining business and technology is reflected in her academic journey. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Maryland, College Park, with coursework in data science, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and statistics. She also holds an MBA from the University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.

Beyond her professional role, Christine is passionate about serving her community through church involvement and volunteering with various causes across the Washington, D.C. Metro area. She also enjoys spending time with family, learning to play golf, and exploring the best local coffee shops.
