Operations Specialist/HRIS Administrator, Executive Support to Senior Vice President of Administration

Donna Cheung serves as the HRIS Administrator and Executive Support to Senior Vice President of Administration. In this role, she provides high-level executive support to the Senior Vice President of Administration day to day activities and special project, as well as setting up and maintaining HCMS.

She brings a diverse professional background to her role, with experience in video gaming operations and compliance, medical billing, cardiac technology, commercial real estate, and legislative administration. This range of expertise has strengthened her adaptability and positioned her as a valuable resource across the organization. 

In her current role, Cheung supports Human Resources operations and manages the HRIS system while ensuring efficient executive-level coordination. 

Cheung is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus. She resides in Severn, Maryland, with her husband and their two cats. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, practicing archery, and exploring new adventures.
