Helping Adults Living with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Thrive

About

Through the Hampton Roads Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Program, we offer two (2) group homes and supportive services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We work with each client to develop person-centered plans, provide in-home support, and create opportunities for community integration.

In this residential program, individuals partner with our staff to develop person-centered plans and participate in life skills training and human growth and development activities geared towards developing each individual’s highest potential. Many of the individuals in our program are employed or participate in programs throughout the community to help strengthen their sense of community involvement and independence.
