YouthBuild program receives a $1,400 grant from the Community Knights GIFT.

Thanks to a $1,400 grant through the Community Knights GIFT Program, YouthBuild will be able to provide 30-Day unlimited GoPasses through Hampton Roads Transit to 20 students to ride the bus, ferry and light rail.

YouthBuild To Offer Gun Violence Intervention To Their Program

Expanding on our already existing curriculum, VOACC's YouthBuild will add a gun violence intervention program called "PeaceKeepers." The project will expand the YouthBuild caseload by 25 youth ages 16-24 and add a case manager to provide trauma-informed case management.
