About
The Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) provides services to adults (18 years old and older) who live with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) to facilitate the development of their independent living and social skills. PRP participants include those in homeless shelters, transitional housing programs, and permanent supportive housing programs. The program serves those in Prince George’s County, Montgomery County and Baltimore City. PRP is a Medicaid fee-for-service program and monitored by the Prince George’s County Mental Health Authority.
Eligibility
- Must be 18 and older
- Must have Mental Health Diagnosis
- Homeless with mental health diagnosis
- Must be stable and able to function semi-independently
