Project Manager 

As Project Manager at Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas, Keturah Parker supports the Senior Leadership Team in achieving excellence through her exceptional project management skills.  

With a tenure of five years, Parker has been instrumental in driving success by spearheading key initiatives. She has made key contributions to the organization in areas such as DEI initiatives, implementing effective risk management strategies, sourcing vendors, and serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors. Furthermore, she is responsible for diligently reporting all chartering requirements, ensuring compliance. 

 With a Master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Management, Parker brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her diverse experience spans executive administration, accounting, human resources, and strategic planning, enabling her to provide valuable insights and leadership across various functions. 

 Outside of her professional achievements, Parker finds joy in pursuing her hobbies. She is a passionate singer, having collaborated with national recording artists, showcasing her talent and dedication. Additionally, she actively engages in community service, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.
