    Dr. Sheryl Neverson has served as Vice President of Maryland Programs at Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas since January 2018. She oversees the operations of all of our Maryland-based programs, which include behavioral health, substance use recovery, supportive housing and community re-entry programming.
