Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas  is an affiliate of the National Volunteers of America and with over 830 employees, we provide services in Maryland, The District of Columbia, Virginia, North and South Carolina areas. As a whole, Volunteers of America is more than a non-profit organization. We are a ministry of service that includes more than 16,000 employees nationwide and more than 70,000 volunteers working together to help individuals who need our help the most. The administrative office is located in Lanham, MD. The administrative office provide support to all programs for Homeless Services, Substance Use Disorder Services, Behavioral Health Services, Medical Respite Services, Veterans Services and the Development Disabilities. Our community of dedicated individuals working together in a church without walls, support the great mission we have chosen to embark on.
