ABOUT

VOICE of Faith our second largest annual fundraiser and networking reception where we bring together Maryland's  leaders in development, business, philanthropy, government and the public to support our health and humans services programs and moving Maryland forward by empowering the state's most underserved communities. “VOICE of Faith” refers to the core values we as an organization embody in our work – Visionary, One Body, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence (V.O.I.C.E.) and Faith.

For the past 20 years, Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas (VOACC) has been working to address widespread homelessness and unemployment among in vulnerable communities in the region through the provision of affordable, program-enriched housing and workforce development programming for the homeless, elderly, disabled, veterans and returning citizens. Our programs have a lasting impact on the lives of those in need. Check out the video below to hear personal stories from some of our clients.

In support of Ashley, Deray, Monique, Stephen and the many other individuals and families we serve, this year's VOICE of Faith event will be our largest yet, featuring heavy hors d'oeuvres; an open bar; musical entertainment; a silent auction; inspiring stories; and much more! We hope you will join in us in changing lives for the better.

OUR 2020 GOAL

Last year we raised over $50,000. Our goal this year is to raise $100,000 so that we can continue to empower self-sufficiency and inspire hope among even more of the vulnerable individuals, families and veterans we serve throughout Maryland.
