Loudoun Emergency Homeless Shelter Page
In 2003 Volunteers of America Chesapeake began operating the Loudoun Emergency Homeless Shelter. This is a 44-bed shelter with an 89-day program offering intensive case management, life-skills classes and children’s services, as well as providing basic necessities like food and shelter.
In 2014 the emergency shelter program provided more than 230 individuals and families with food shelter and service as they worked to escape the grips of homelessness.
